Mr. Alex Mejia, Assistant Director of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research and Director of CIFAL Global Network, visited Shanghai from June 27th to 29th, and made a special visit to CIFAL Shanghai. CIFAL Shanghai Director Wang Genxiang and Executive Deputy Director Wu Yugang held talks with Mr. Alex. Mr. Alex fully acknowledged the work of CIFAL Shanghai and invited CIFAL Shanghai to attend the 60th anniversary celebration of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research and the 20th anniversary celebration of CIFAL Global Network held in Geneva, Switzerland in October this year. 

On the afternoon of June 27th, Mr. Alex came to CIFAL Shanghai's foreign aid training classroom and gave a special report on "Changes in Global Power Balance" to students from various countries at the " Seminar on Government Digitalization and Service-Oriented Government Construction ".

Accompanied by CIFAL Shanghai, Mr. Alex visited the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences and East China University of Political Science and Law respectively, conducted friendly exchanges and reached cooperation intentions.
