The closing ceremony of Seminar on Emergency Communication Construction of Nepal in 2018 was held in Shanghai on June 11, 2018. The seminar was sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China and organized by CIFAL Shanghai International Training Center.

The closing ceremony was hosted by the Deputy Director of CIFAL Shanghai, Mr. Wu Yugang. The Director of CIFAL Shanghai, Mr. Wang Genxiang and the Deputy Superintendent of Police from Nepal Police Office, Mr. Bhim Bahadur Dahal made their closing ceremony speech.

Mr. Wang Genxiang on behalf of CIFAL Shanghai expressed the warmest congratulations to all of the participants for their successful graduated with excellent grades. And he mentioned that the 21-day seminar was a short time but the friendship between China and Nepal would last forever. It was expected that the achievements and results from this seminar would be applied to all participates’ future works. Mr. Bhim Bahadur Dahal on behalf of participates gave their highest thanks to all lecturers,enterprises and staffs from CIFAL Shanghai. He pointed that the quality and depth of this professional program would help them to move forward with more efficient processes to develop their emergency communication construction sector. He also mentioned that the training program was short but provided them with many opportunities to get closer relationships and strengthen the mutual understanding between China and Nepal. 

 

 

After the closing speech, Mr. Wang Genxiang and Mr. Wu Yugang presented the certificates and gifts to all participants. The representatives of Nepal participate presented traditional Nepalese characteristics scarf and badges of Nepal Police and Nepal ArmedPolice Force as souvenirs.

 

 

At the end of closing ceremony, all participants took a group photo with CIFAL Shanghai.
