On 5th September 2018, the opening ceremony of CIFAL Seminar on Information Security for Developing Countries in 2018, which is sponsored by Ministry of commerce of China and organized by CIFAL Shanghai International Training Center (hereinafter referred to as CIFAL Shanghai) was held successful in Shanghai.
Commercial Officer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, Mr. FANG Meng delivered the speech on behalf of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce. He expressed the warm welcome to participants and introduced the strategic orientation and informatization development of Shanghai. At the last, Mr. Fang hoped that this seminar could bring some inspirations for the development in the field of information security for the developing countries.
Director of CIFAL Shanghai, Mr. WANG Genxiang delivered the speech on behalf of CIFAL Shanghai. He expressed the warm welcome to the participants and indicated that the CIFAL Shanghai has extensive foreign-aid training experience. CIFAL Shanghai will present a seminar with rich contents, thoughtful schedule arrangement and interesting lecture design as always.
Mr. Constantino Cassimo Sumila Sotomane,National Director of ICT and Projects, Mozambique Ministry of Science and Technology High Education and Vocational Training delivered the speech on behalf of all participants to express the sincere gratitude to Ministry of Commerce of China and CIFAL Shanghai for the meticulous work.
At last，all the guests and participants took a group photo for a precious memory. The opening ceremony was hosted by Mr. WU Yugang, Standing Deputy Director of CIFAL Shanghai. Totally 51 officials from the 12 countries were attended in this 21-days seminar.
