Training Course on Computer Operation for Primary and Secondary School Teachers of Samoa in 2017, which is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by CIFAL Shanghai International Training Center and the opening ceremony was held on April 10th, 2017. Ms. Wang Yajie, Deputy Division Chief of Planning & Bidding Division, Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), MOFCOM and Ms. Liu Beimin, Deputy Director of Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce attended the ceremony and delivered the speech to welcome all the participants from Samoa. On behalf of the organizer, Mr. Wang Genxiang, Director of CIFAL Shanghai International Training Center spoke at the ceremony and said, with the experience of many years China Aid Trainings, we will do our best and well arrange the training course as always.

Participants’ representative Mr. LA Leaana Utoasega, Teacher Development and Advisory Division, Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture (MESC) of Samoa expressed gratitude to the Chinese Government to provide the 25 participants the chance coming to Shanghai to share the experience and lessons in the development China"s elementary education.
