Training Course on Information Technology Application for Developing Countries in 2016， which is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by CIFAL Shanghai International Training Center , held the opening ceremony on April 21st, 2016. Mr. Xu Kai, Director of Liason Office of Human Rssourves Department of Training Center of the China Ministry of Commerce Academy for International Business Officials and Ms. Liu Beimin, Deputy Director of Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce attended the ceremony and delivered the speech to welcome all the participants from Armenia. On behalf of the organizer, Mr. Wu Yugang spoke at the ceremony and said, with the experience of many years China Aid Trainings, we will do our best and well arrange the seminar as always.

 

     Participants’ representative Mr. Suran Petrosyan, Head of Department of Communication and Information of the Armenia Ministry of Transport and Communications expressed gratitude to the Chinese Government to provide the 20 participants the chance coming to Shanghai to learn and communicate the information technology application and development.

 

    In order to promote and consolidate the cooperation and communication, to support the economic construction with developing countries and regions, Chinese government enlarges the China Aid programmes. China Aid Training is rapidly developed, an increasing number of participants from developing countries and regions join the training programmes.

    From 2009, CIFAL Shanghai starts to organize the China aid training programmes. Up to now, CIFAL Shanghai have organized about 28 trainings on information technology application area, 844 officials and technicians from 107 countries joined our training programmes. The seminar is the first China Aid Training of this year for CIFAL Shanghai, and 7 trainings are listed in 2016 CIFAL Shanghai training plan.
