CIFAL Shanghai was once again authorized by Department of Aid to Foreign Countries, Ministry of Commerce of China to host a national human resources development cooperation projects for aid to foreign countries, named as “Application of information technology training courses for developing countries” from November 26, 2009 to January 13, 2010 The students of this training program are 86 officials and professionals and technicals from 47 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and Caribbean and South Pacific.
