研讨会由联合国工业发展组织上海国际智能制造促进中心主任吴玉刚先生主持，上海市增材制造制造业创新中心常务副主任吴晨涛先生致欢迎辞。联合国工业与发展组织官员雷蒙德·塔瓦雷斯博士做了开幕致辞，他表示联合国工发组织专注帮助发展中国家来实现一个行业的发展和改进，包容汇通的全行业的发展，包括构建能力、构建发展中国家的能力，特别是工业能力，同时也意味着提升工作、关怀环境。联合国工发组织三个P，繁荣、星球、人，是引领联合国工业发展的使命，构建更好的世界，一个更好的工业化世界、公平的世界，并且包容汇通的世界。.png)
上海交通大学明新国教授发表了关于产业互联网时代的企业数字化转型问题的演讲。他表示我们现在正处在全球技术革命和中国产业转型升级的战略机遇期，主要是经济的跨越和升级，从工业经济转向体验经济、服务经济，以及后续的知识经济、转移经济。目前全球已经跨入数字经济，我们要利用好前面的数据作为参考处理数据，根据提炼的数据采取行动，根据反馈的数据进行学习。.png)
上海开源大数据研究院副院长迟冬祥发表了工业大数据－智能制造不可或缺的动能的主题演讲。他介绍了从大数据到工业大数据，工业大数据作为企业增长的动能等内容。

2019 UNIDO Intelligent Manufacturing Seminar Successfully held
SHANGHAI, AUG 17, 2019, during the The 4th SAMA International Forum & 2019 World 3D printing and Intelligent Manufacturing Annual Conference, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) Shanghai International Intelligent Manufacturing promotion center (SIIMPC) and the Shanghai Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center (SAMIC) jointly organized 2019 UNIDO Intelligent Manufacturing Seminar with the theme of Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Development and Talents Training. More than 30 experts and scholars from the field of Intelligent Manufacturing domestically and internationally participated in the seminar.
The seminar was chaired by Mr. Wu Yugang, Director of UNIDO SIIMPC. Mr. Wu Chentao, Deputy Director of SAMIC, delivered a welcoming speech. Dr. Raymond Tavares, Industrial Development Officer of UNIDO, made an opening speech, during which stressed that UNIDO is committed to helping developing countries to achieve industrial development and upgrade, to foster inclusive and sustainable development of an industry, to strengthen national capability of developing countries in particular the industrial capabilities, in the meantime to create decent job and protect the environment. The three P"s Principle of UNIDO, Prosperity, Planet and People, are the leading mission of UNIDO, to building a better world, a better industrialized, a fair and an inclusive world.
Professor MING Xinguo of Shanghai Jiaotong University, made a keynote speech on the digital transformation of enterprises in the era of industrial internet. He put forward that in the period of strategic opportunities for the global technological revolution and China's industrial transformation and upgrading, the leap and upgrading of the economy is of main focus, from industrial economy to experience economy, service economy, as well as the subsequent knowledge economy and transfer economy. At present, the world has entered in the digital economy. We should make good use of the previous data as reference, act on the extracted data, and learn from the feedback data.
Mr. CHI Dongxiang, vice president of Shanghai Open Source Big Data Institute (OSBD), delivered a keynote speech on the indispensable kinetic energy for Intelligent Manufacturing - industrial big data. He introduced big data, industrial big industrial, and its vital role in industrial upgrade of an enterprise.
Mr. WANG Zhiguo, Director from Shanghai Zhijing Digital Technology Co., Ltd introduced 3D Technology and its application in Intelligent Manufacturing industry.
Mr. WAN Jun, Vice president of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, made an speech on the topic of Socialized cultivation of highly skilled personnel in the field of intelligent manufacturing, shared his valuable thoughts in the area of talent cultivation: 1. the subject; 2.the path; 3. the optimization of personnel training.
Mr. WANG Xiaofeng, professor from Shanghai Maritime University shared his opinion on Intelligent manufacturing and talent cultivation in intelligent system.
During the discussion session, many attendants also expressed their views on the development of intelligent manufacturing technology and talent cultivation. Mr. Raymond TAVARES, UNIDO official, made closing remarks at the end of the seminar.
