5 November 2014, working meeting of Advisory Committee of Global City Informatization Forum was held during the forum at Kerry Hotel Pudong Shanghai. Chaired by Mr. WU Hequan, academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the working meeting achieved two purposes: firstly, the establishment of Advisory Committee of GCIF 2014(ACGCIF); secondly, the convening of the first working meeting of the Advisory Committee, at which the Constitution of GCIF was approved and the working plan was formulated.
