To launch the cooperation about bilateral training programme discussed during CIFAL Shanghai’s visit to Khmer First Investment Holding Group Co, Ltd, Cambodia in Mar 2014, Khmer Group and Ministry of Information of Cambodia visit Shanghai on 23 Jun 2014.

The training programme, aiming to cultivating future informatization talents and high-level managers for Cambodia, and operating other relevant international activities, were officially initiated upon the signing of Memorandum of Understanding on Information Technology Training and Experience Exchanges by three parties-- CIFAL Shanghai, Ministry of Information of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Khmer First Investment Holding Group Co, Ltd.  

Mr. H.E. CHEA CHAN BORIBO, Secretary of State, Ministry of Information and Mr. SHI Feng, Vice president of Khmer Group expressed their resolution to fulfill the programme based on friendly cooperation and enhanced communication to reach mutual benefits.
