5-25 Jun 2014 The 3rd China- aid Training Seminar for African French Speaking Countries commences in CIFAL Shanghai. Standing Deputy Director Mr. WU Yugang hosted the opening ceremony and Director Mr. WANG Genxiang gave his best wishes. 

24 participants from 13 French-speaking countries attended seminar themed by Information Security Regulation and Management, consisting of a variety of lectures such as Strategic management of information security, Policy, law and regulations on information security, Information security management systems, International internet security management, Information security standards, Information security crisis and emergency management, Principals and practices of Information assurance, Information security assessment, Information security standard, Ethics and norms, etc.

 Participants will also be arranged to visit Chengdu, Sichuan Province and Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province to gain a general understanding about the development of information security in different cities in China.

Participant representative Mr. Adjaïgbe Sêvi Rodolphe, Chief of Service of Registration Department of Ministry of Communication of TIC, Benin, appreciated CIFAL Shanghai’s contribution to the seminar which provides a great opportunity for participants to learn something practical to promote the informatization construction and development in their countries.
