28 March 2014 Smart City Public Lecture V was delivered in Shanghai Science Hall. Themed by Business Models Adopted by Internet Enterprises at Different Growth Stages and sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Association for Science & Technology, Shanghai Smart City Promotion Center, Shanghai Science Hall, School of Management, Fudan University and CIFAL Shanghai, the lecture attracted around 150 participants from governmental officials, private sectors, public institutions, academic institutions, colleges and universities, etc. 

 
Professor of School of Management, Fudan University, Ms. HUANG Lihua shared with participants strategies to ensure sustainable development of internet enterprises including construction of efficient ecological industry chain service platforms, adoption of different strategies and business models at different growth stages and offering of diverse industry cluster services. The Smart City lecture is expected to enable participants to recognize successful internet enterprises in China and in the world and to know the latest business models developed. 
 
Through the ten one-day monthly public lectures in the form of case studies and interactive discussions, the Smart City Series will arouse citizens’ enthusiasm of Smart City Development in Shanghai.
