Sponsored by CIFAL Shanghai of UNITAR and presented by Global Professional & Specialist Test Center (hereinafter referred to as GPST Center) and State Talent Assessment System (SH) CO LTD, 2011 GPST Global professional development seminar was held in the Chapel of Jinjiang Hotel on 19th December, 2011. Over a hundred guests had attended the seminar, including Ms. Wu Qidi, member of the standing committee, ex-vice minister of state ministry of education and director of Shanghai informatization expert committee, Ms. Liang Dan, senior consultant of UNIDO, Mr. He Shouchang, deputy director of Shanghai informatization expert committee, Mr. Jia Zhongjie, president of China HR training network, Mr. Chen Yuehua, deputy director of Shanghai municipal commission of economy and informatization, Mr. Mei Jian, deputy secretary general of Chinese psychological society and many other leaders, as well as all principals from educational training organizations throughout the country and media staff. The seminar was hosted by Mr. Wu Yugang, standing deputy director of CIFAL Shanghai.

Mr. Chen Yuehua and Mr. Jia Zhongjie expressed their congratulations for the seminar, and that they wished a total success of it. Mr. Wang Genxiang, the director of CIFAL Shanghai, made a speech on expanding the GPST programs.

It had been a year since GPST Center was launched in September of 2010. With the support and guidance from Chinese senior civil servant training center of ministry of human resources and social security, GPST Center explored multiple professional appraisal system and discussed the mechanism of international professional education, and gained good achievements.

During the conference, GPST Global Professional Appraisal Expert Committee (hereinafter referred to as GPST expert committee) establishment ceremony was held. Ms. Liang Dan read out the experts list, and Ms. Wu Qidi, as the director of GPST expert committee, issued letter of appointment for the members of the committee.

The signing ceremony on GPST center's training authorization and multiple cooperation memo was also held during the conference., and Mr. Wang Genxiang, representing CIFAL Shanghai, signed mutual recognition and cooperation memo (agreement) with GPST center and LCCI, TESOL, Chinese Psychological society, professionals post ability testing committee of lacking talent office of Yangtze River Delta, Finance College of Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai services trade association and Wenzhou University separately.

 Last but not least, Ms. Wu Qidi required to make the biggest use of the professional resources of GPST center and the advantage of talent aggregation in Shanghai to build a talent highland, bring up innovational talents, and to promote the international talents further education in Shanghai through the advanced platform and resources of UNITAR to build a high grade international brand of talent education and develop more international senior management personnel with global international ideas, views and level. Meanwhile, it was also required to build high-level international talent education bases and highlands relying on the platform of CIFAL Shanghai.
