Training Course on Information Technology Application for Developing Countries, the fourth 2011 China Aid Training Course, began on 28th October

Sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and organized by CIFAL Shanghai, the fourth 2011 China Aid Training Course, Training Course on Information Technology Application for Developing Countries, began in Shanghai Kaibo Hotel on 28th October with serious organization and well planning by CIFAL staff. The opening ceremony was held in the conference room of the hotel at 10:00 am.


Mr. Sang Qi, the deputy secretary general of Shanghai Commerce Commission Deputy, and Mr. Wang Gengxiang, the director of CIFAL Shanghai, attended and made a speech on the opening ceremony to celebrate the beginning of the training course, and to warmly welcome the 25 students from developing countries and areas in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. They sincerely wish the training course to be a complete success, and wish the participants to have great health, good study, happy life and favorable achievements. At the same time, the participants were hoped to value the chance to have the training course, and to study hard, widen their visions, increase their knowledge, make friends with each other, get their achievements, and also be able to share the success experience and achievements by using information technology in Shanghai, China, which would contribute to spread the friendship, strengthen the solidarity and devote to the economic construction and social development among developing countries and areas.


Mr. Surendra Raj Regmi , the company credit control manager of Nepal Global Bank, delivered a speech on behalf of all the participants. In the speech, the China aid training course provided by Chinese government was highly appreciated, and he indicated that all the participants will take the chance in the training course, and to study hard, acquire the knowledge, widen their visions, so as to contribute to strengthen the friendship and solidarity and promote the cooperation and communication of information technology among developing countries and areas.
