On December 22, 2008, Cifal Shanghai held a Training Cooperation Network Signing Ceremony at which it signed the Training-Cooperation-Network Letter of Intent with 13 cooperations, including 5 regional centers, 6 training bases as well as 2 program cooperations.

Objectives

To create cultivation models and operation mechanisms for high-level elites, to construct internationalized elite-cultivation systems, and to provide qualified knowledge services by introducing and integrating world-advanced training resources
